Igredients

  1. 2 scoops Atkins Vanilla Shake Mix
  2. 8 ounces water
  3. 3 tablespoons Atkins Sugar Free Cherry Syrup

Atkins Chocolate Slushies

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup heavy cream
  2. ½ cup sugar-free chocolate syrup
  3. ½ cup water
  4. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine cream, syrup, water and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce the heat and stir.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
  4. Pour this mixture in two ice cube trays and freeze for about 2 hours.

Atkins Coffee Frappe

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups ice
  2. 3 tablespoons Atkins sugar free Vanilla Syrup
  3. ¼ cup chilled extra-strong decaffeinated coffee
  4. 2 scoops Atkins Vanilla Shake Mix
  5. 3 tablespoons heavy cream.

Directions

  1. Put the ice in a blender and crush well.
  2. Add the syrup, coffee and shake mix.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  4. Add the cream and blend just until completely incorporated.

Black and White Shake

Ingredients

  1. 1 scoop (¼ cup) Atkins Chocolate Shake Mix
  2. 1 scoop (¼ cup) Atkins Vanilla Shake Mix
  3. 2 tablespoons Atkins Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup
  4. 1 cup cold water

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker until frothy and then place in a freezer for 20 minutes.
  2. Before serving, stirr again to remix and for a better flavor.
