Cherry-Vanilla Shake
Igredients
- 2 scoops Atkins Vanilla Shake Mix
- 8 ounces water
- 3 tablespoons Atkins Sugar Free Cherry Syrup

Atkins Chocolate Slushies
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sugar-free chocolate syrup
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine cream, syrup, water and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat and stir.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
- Pour this mixture in two ice cube trays and freeze for about 2 hours.

Atkins Coffee Frappe
Ingredients
- 2 cups ice
- 3 tablespoons Atkins sugar free Vanilla Syrup
- ¼ cup chilled extra-strong decaffeinated coffee
- 2 scoops Atkins Vanilla Shake Mix
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream.
Directions
- Put the ice in a blender and crush well.
- Add the syrup, coffee and shake mix.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Add the cream and blend just until completely incorporated.
Black and White Shake
Ingredients
- 1 scoop (¼ cup) Atkins Chocolate Shake Mix
- 1 scoop (¼ cup) Atkins Vanilla Shake Mix
- 2 tablespoons Atkins Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup
- 1 cup cold water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker until frothy and then place in a freezer for 20 minutes.
- Before serving, stirr again to remix and for a better flavor.
